Add some turmeric in your diet which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory bennefits and is a good antioxident.

- Remember to take a mulit-vitamin daily. Try adding 500 milligrams of BORAGE SEED or EVENING PRIMROSE OIL which are rich in gamma linoleic acid. These help to counteract oxidative stress to the skin.
Older skin needs constant nourishment. Carry your BEEN THERE! DONE THAT! hydrolat with you to recharge your skin during the day.
Buy a humidifier for your bedroom and let your skin recharge with eight hours of moisture every night. You may try adding a calming essential oil to the water to help you sleep.
